Amendment and Dissolution Procedures

Proposing Amendments

The Board of Directors may propose amendments to the bylaws. The proposed amendments must be submitted to the members for approval.

Voting & Approval Process

The proposed amendments to the bylaws must be approved by a two-thirds majority of the members present at the meeting.
